Our Story

My name is Anastasia Richter, I am 23 years old, and I was born in France. Thanks to my German, Italian, and Russian heritage, as well as my international education, I have had the privilege of growing up in diverse cultures and becoming fluent in five languages. Europe, and particularly Tuscany with its enchanting landscapes and rich history, has become my home.

This is a family enterprise: together with my father (responsible for construction) and my mother (in charge of management and courses), I am currently bringing a heartfelt project to life: "La Maremmana," a sustainable agrotouristic and glamping project in the beautiful Maremma region of Tuscany. We began a year ago, and the project is already halfway complete.

Our story

Our Concept

"La Maremmana" combines sustainability, nature experiences, and cultural exchange. Situated on 14 hectares of land featuring agricultural fields, forests, and a leased 2.6-hectare area for animal husbandry, the project integrates agriculture, glamping, and community:

Our accommodations will consist of four luxurious glamping units with capacity for up to 20 guests. Each unit will feature heating, air conditioning, a kitchen, bathroom, two or three double bedrooms, a spacious covered terrace with a private whirlpool. Additionally, we'll provide an outdoor bio-toilet with a shower and platforms for courses at the forest's edge.

Planned Amenities

  • A bio-lake for swimming in summer.
  • A spacious sauna in the woods.
  • An open-air restaurant with a bar and grill, centrally located, accommodating up to 40 guests.
  • Three additional forest tents, each with room for four people.

Currently, our accommodations and restaurant are still in the preparatory phase and are being implemented step by step.

Expansion plans for La Maremmana

Your Opportunity to Join "La Maremmana"

To finance the completion and opening, I am offering to a limited circle of 8 (eight) interested partners the opportunity to obtain a 50 (fifty) year usage concession for the price of €75,000 (seventy-five thousand). This concession will be notarized and entered into the land register (cataster). It includes the right to occupy one of the Glampings (2 or 3 bedrooms: your choice) for a two weeks period 3 times per year (or 6x1 week p.a.) according to our reservation system.

This concession is saleable or transferable without any restriction and without any further notarial fees and register taxes for the next buyer. Corporations may not buy more than two concessions.

EXAMPLE:

Average (all seasons) rental price for one week €1,575 x six weeks = €9,450 x eight years = €75,600. Taking into account a 2% annual inflation, the value of your concession in year 9 is €90,000 and you can easily sell it for €95,000/100,000. If you wish to sell it through the company, a 5% sales commission is due.
