Our story, our values, and our commitment to sustainable luxury
My name is Anastasia Richter, I am 23 years old, and I was born in France. Thanks to my German, Italian, and Russian heritage, as well as my international education, I have had the privilege of growing up in diverse cultures and becoming fluent in five languages. Europe, and particularly Tuscany with its enchanting landscapes and rich history, has become my home.
This is a family enterprise: together with my father (responsible for construction) and my mother (in charge of management and courses), I am currently bringing a heartfelt project to life: "La Maremmana," a sustainable agrotouristic and glamping project in the beautiful Maremma region of Tuscany. We began a year ago, and the project is already halfway complete.
"La Maremmana" combines sustainability, nature experiences, and cultural exchange. Situated on 16,4 hectares of land featuring agricultural fields, forests, and a leased 2.6-hectare area for animal husbandry, the project integrates agriculture, glamping, and community:
Our accommodations will consist of four luxurious glamping units with capacity for up to 20 guests. Each unit will feature heating, air conditioning, a kitchen, bathroom, two or three double bedrooms, a spacious covered terrace with a private whirlpool. Additionally, we'll provide an outdoor bio-toilet with a shower and platforms for courses at the forest's edge.
Currently, our accommodations and restaurant are still in the preparatory phase and are being implemented step by step.
Reservations will be accepted starting 01/01/2026
"La Maremmana" is located in the heart of Maremma, one of Italy's most stunning regions:

The principles that guide every aspect of La Maremmana
We are committed to sustainable practices in every aspect of our operation, from solar power and rainwater harvesting to organic farming and waste reduction.
We believe luxury is found in quality craftsmanship, personalized experiences, and meaningful connections rather than excessive consumption.
We support local artisans, producers, and businesses, ensuring that tourism benefits the wider community and preserves traditional ways of life.
We create opportunities for guests to learn about sustainable living, traditional farming, and the rich cultural heritage of Tuscany.
